This is a practical tool for implementing a Safety Culture in veterinary anaesthesia.

Safety Culture is an approach that incorporates human factors, including the fact that to error is human. Its aim is not to eliminate all errors, but to put in place a system that prevents certain errors and detects any errors in good time, thereby eliminating or limiting their consequences.

The design of this application is inspired by what has been done for over 70 years in aviation, where the effectiveness of Safety Culture is well established.
